This paper considers the possibility of introducing toll collection in the Republic of Srpska. The goal of the developed model is to increase revenue, which could be directed to the sustainable development of transport in the Republic of Srpska. The selection of a toll collection system has been made taking account of: economic, tra\ufb03c, technical, organizational and exploitation criteria. It is based on the prediction of the facility functional safety and dependability and the risk-oriented facility management. The article describes an approach to assessing the risks of hazardous facility failures using the latest digital data processing methods. This paper considers the possibility of introducing toll collection in the Republic of Srpska. The goal of the developed model is to increase revenue, which could be directed to the sustainable development of transport in the Republic of Srpska. The selection of a toll collection system has been made taking account of: economic, tra\ufb03c, technical, organizational and exploitation criteria. It is based on the prediction of the facility functional safety and dependability and the risk-oriented facility management. The article describes an approach to assessing the risks of hazardous facility failures using the latest digital data processing methods. The implementation of this approach will help set maintenance objectives and contribute to the efficient use of resources and the reduction of railway facility managers\u2019 expenditures.
