The number of people living in cities is increasing day by day. If the organization of the city is good, the work is done well, it has a predisposition to become a smart city. In order for a city to become smart, it needs to keep up with the times, follow trends, the development of technology, infrastructure, have intelligent trans- port systems and the like. Interruption of vehicle movement for a period of time longer than 3 minutes constitutes parking. A parking space is a limited part of the road intended for parking vehicles. It can be part of a garage, parking lot or street. It is based on the prediction of the facility functional safety and dependability and the risk-oriented facility management. The article describes an approach to assessing the risks of hazardous facility failures using the latest digital data processing methods.
