In order for a city to become smart, it needs to keep up with the times, follow trends, the development of technology, infrastructure, have intelligent trans- port systems and the like. Interruption of vehicle movement for a period of time longer than 3 minutes constitutes parking. A parking space is a limited part of the road intended for parking vehicles. It can be part of a garage, parking lot or street. A parking lot is a space intended exclusively for parking vehicles.

The article describes an approach to assessing the risks of hazardous facility failures using the latest digital data processing methods. The implementation of this approach will help set maintenance objectives and contribute to the efficient use of resources and the reduction of railway facility managers’ expenditures.
